Yahoo! Secure Shopping Tips What happens when you place an order?
When you click on “order” from the product page, you will go to your “shopping cart”. Note the lock (SSL Secured) in your browser tray. From the “shopping cart”, you can view your gift choice, change the quantity and view the subtotal amount owed. You can also remove the gift from your cart, if you change your mind. If you would like to make additional purchases, click on the “Keep Shopping” link. It will bring you right back to the page where you made your selection. If you have completed your shopping, click on “Checkout”.
From “Checkout”, you will go through 4 areas: “Shipping”, “Payment”, “Review” and “Confirmation”. Note: at the bottom of each page, you have the option to cancel your order. Note: At the bottom of each page, you will see “Yahoo’s Privacy Policy” and “Merchant’s (Imagine That!)Privacy Policy”.
At “Shipping”, you will be asked for a shipping address. Choose to either have the gift basket sent to you or to the gift recipient’s home. *Note: The address must not be a post office box. Choose a shipping method: UPS or Federal Express.
A message box is provided, if you would like a special message to be sent with your gift. The message will be printed on an insert card similar to those featured in
Free Printables. If you would like one of the cards featured on the Free Printables page, please indicate your choice within the message box.
Please Note: On this page and each subsequent page, you will see your order status in the top right-hand margin.
You will choose your payment option on the “Payment” page. Available credit card choices are Visa or Master Card. You will be asked for the credit card number and date of expiration. Your billing information is displayed and your order, in the right-hand margin, is updated with the total amount due, including shipping and handling.
If you would like a copy of your order emailed to you, a message box is provided for you to type your email address.
If you have any special instructions or comments regarding your gift basket, add them in the message box provided for this purpose.
On the "Review" page, you will find your billing information, shipping information and the total amount owed. This is a chance to review and edit, if necessary, any information regarding your order.
The "Confirmation" page is where you may print out a copy of your order as a receipt of purchase. On this page, you will additionally find the date of purchase and an order number. The order number is important in referencing your order during any further communications regarding your purchase.
