Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Your credit card is charged when you order. However, your gift basket is not shipped until payment is verified.
Can I order by phone?
Yes.
For credit card orders, be prepared with your credit card information: (Visa or Mastercard) person’s name on the card, date of card expiration and card number. Your credit card is charged when you order. However, your gift basket is not shipped until payment is verified. You will be notified by phone if there is any problem with the transaction.
If we are unable to take your call, please leave your name, a phone number where we can contact you and the type of basket (theme and price range) you wish to purchase. We will return your call as soon as possible. We value your time and business.
Will my order be safe and secure?
Yes.
Our Yahoo! hosted site uses the Stronghold secure server, currently the second-best selling secure server software. It supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form. For added security, Yahoo! also encrypts the credit card number when it is stored on disk and forwarded to Imagine That! for processing your order.

Your gift basket will be shipped after payment is received. You will be notified by email or phone (if email is not an option) when your gift basket is shipped.
How do I figure the total purchase amount before completing my order?
Click "order". You will see your shopping cart.
On this page, a shipping calculator is provided for: Federal Express or UPS Ground.
Select your shipping option. Type in your zip code and state. Your shipping cost will be added to your total. This will be your total purchase amount unless tax is owed. *Tax applies to South Carolina residents. SC tax is 7%.
Can I have a receipt of purchase?
If you order online, your receipt will be the printable confirmation page portion of your order. If you order by phone, we will mail you a receipt.
Can I include a personal message with my gift basket?
Yes.
All of the card inserts are made by Imagine That! We would be happy to include a brief typed message on your card. We know that the birth of a baby is an exciting time for the gift giver as well as the parents.
If you order online, a personal message box is provided during the ordering process.
If you order by phone, we will ask if you’d like a personal message included on your card insert.
Do you deliver?
Yes, to a limited area in Columbia, South Carolina. Call or email to see if your delivery area qualifies. There is an extra $5 charge for hand delivery.
Can I have my gift basket delivered to a hospital?
No. Hospital stays are usually quite short making it difficult for us to process and deliver your gift before check-out. Home delivery is best. That way, there is no possibility of your gift being left behind.
Will my basket look just like the picture?
We will make every effort to deliver a basket that looks like the one pictured on our site. However, sometimes, a gift basket item will not be available. In that case, we will notify you by email or phone for an appropriate substitution. Your satisfaction is important to us.
When will my gift basket arrive?
After your payment is received, the basket will be shipped. Actual arrival time will depend upon the destination of the gift basket and the type of carrier (Federal Express or UPS) chosen.
You will be able to track your gift basket’s shipping progress.

Enclosure CardsWe always include an enclosure card; however, you may make the choice yourself. View the choices on the Enclosure Card page. Then, select your choice before pressing "order". Once the ordering process has begun, you will see a Personal Message box. Type in whatever you'd like to appear on the enclosure card.
